All In One™  is unlike any sport-centered organization in the state of Oregon.  While the Maurice Lucas School of Basketball will serve the specific basketball needs of youth males and the Sheryl Swoopes Hoops Academy will serve the specific basketball needs of youth females, the All In One entity will serve the overall needs of all youth and families.  An equal focus will be placed on kids’ skills and their citizenship.  Academic success will be a requirement in our programs, as all of our college-educated leaders, directors, and coaches understand how education plays an even greater role in our lives than did our athletic careers.
 
Our ultimate goal is to positively impact the lives of all people exposed to our programs.  We will make better people and better players, whether male or female.  Everything, All In One.

Academic

We will ensure all kids’ attention to the importance of academics.  Youth involved in our programs will be expected to achieve and maintain a certain level of academic success.

Athletic

 Our accomplished players and coaches will successfully coach, train, and evolve youth of all talent levels.

Community

 We will positively impact Oregon’s youth and families by instilling life-long values that will transcend all activity done on the basketball court.
